ORDER REQUEST

REALIZATION OF THE ORDER REQUEST AND PAYMENT :

The published prices are valid except in case of typographical error. The prices, characteristics and availability of the products marketed by the Website may vary. Given this fact, the client will be informed before accepting any request.

The price of the product is the one that is in force at the moment of acceptance of the order. The prices indicated on our website do not include VAT or other taxes or fees. If you are outside the EU or you have a valid European VAT number, you don’t have to pay VAT. In all other cases, 21% VAT will be added.

Once the full payment has been received by the client, the order will be sent.

 

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY:

The user, in the purchase procedure, will designate an address where he wants the order placed to be sent. Shipments are made in different packages depending the total amount and the destination.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was received and during the first 14 days from the day it was received.
